Design/Build A Home Software?

I am looking for software that will allow me to build and design my own home. It needs to be realistic, and nothing fancy.
Something kind of like the Sims, so I can add landscape, a deck, furniture, make the walls, bathrooms, etc, but for real life.
I also don’t want to pay a lot for it, the cheaper the better. I looked at Bob Vila’s and apparently the graphics are bad. I’ll prolly also buy this software on ebay.
Stupid responces will be deleted, please have some knowledge or past use of the product. Thanks!

hi, i would love for someone to tell me a good college for interior designing and/or decorationg. i live in florida but would be willing to go to a school anywhere in the US & for any price. specifically large colleges. i am somewhat thinking georgia tech b’cus someone told me it was good-is it??
